Open QuoteThe Miramar by Windsor Hotel is a smart but reasonably priced hotel situated just opposite the Copacabana Beach. The reception staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful, and the breakfast was some of the best we have ever encountered – hot and cold choices galore and champagne all part of the deal.
