Description

2 hours by motorised canoe from Coca, the lodge is set within a 2,000 hectare ecological reserve. It has both indoor and al fresco dining, a covered al fresco lounge area overlooking Pilchicocha lake, a bar and small shop. There is a 135-foot jungle observation tower and a private butterfly farm.

Activities

Full days of activities, including jungle treks, canopy walks, community visits, dug-out canoe trips, caiman spotting, piranha fishing and night walks.

Accommodation

Built with natural materials such as wood, palm and bamboo, the thatched roof cabins are all screened against insects. They have ceiling fans, private bathrooms with hot and cold water, and private shaded terraces with hammocks.
