Description

Santa Juana is a rural mountain lodge just over one hour inland from Manuel Antonio. Arriving here from the coast is a different world, journeying through palm plantations and heading up into the remote hills overlooking the Pacific ocean. Hearty meals are served in the dining room which is open to the sides and has stunning views. 

Activities

The Santa Juana tour is recommended, taking visitors to see how sugar cane juice is produced, then walking along a nature trail to reach a remote waterfall and swimming hole. Birdwatching tours can also be arranged.

Accommodation

There are four individual cabins each with one bed, plus a house with two separate bedrooms. All cabins are large and have fully fitted kitchens, a lounge area and deck.
